LIBRARY (library.gagegreengroup.com) is a knowledge provenance infrastructure operated by Gage Green Group. We provide access to curated primary source texts, definition drift analysis, citation graph data, gap predictions, and Library Edition publications.
Free access requires no account. Paid tiers (Scholar, Researcher, Institution, and Enterprise) require a valid email and payment method. Your API key is your authentication credential — keep it secure. You are responsible for all activity under your API key.
Subscriptions are billed monthly via Authorize.net direct card processing. We may use backup processors such as Stripe only when explicitly offered for a transaction or account migration. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. You may cancel at any time — access continues until the end of the billing period. No refunds for partial months. Enterprise agreements are billed annually or by invoice with custom terms.
Public domain texts in the library are freely available — we claim no copyright over them. The citation graph structure, prediction methodology, definition drift analysis, Knowledge Citation Standard (KCS), and Library Edition typesetting are proprietary intellectual property of Gage Green Group. Your queries and research are yours — we do not claim ownership of your work product.
Each tier includes specific API query limits. Exceeding your limit may result in throttling until the next billing period. API access may not be resold, sublicensed, or used to build a competing service without an Enterprise agreement. Rate limiting is enforced to ensure service quality for all users.
LIBRARY holds texts from every tradition and era, including controversial, suppressed, and historically contested works. Inclusion of a text is not endorsement of its contents. All texts are provided for research, education, and scholarly purposes. Nothing on this platform constitutes legal, medical, financial, or professional advice. Consult qualified professionals for specific situations.
Many texts are sourced from OCR scans of historical documents. While we clean and verify texts, we cannot guarantee perfect accuracy of every character. Primary source texts are provided as-is. Citation links are verified against our library but the underlying texts may contain original-era errors.
LIBRARY is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Gage Green Group is not liable for any damages arising from use of the platform, including but not limited to reliance on information provided, service interruptions, or data loss. Total liability is limited to the amount paid for your subscription in the preceding 12 months.
Either party may terminate at any time. Upon termination, your API key is deactivated and your account data is deleted within 30 days. You may request immediate data deletion by emailing library@gagegreengroup.com.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Genesee County, Michigan.
We may update these terms with 30 days notice via email. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance.
