That the House recede from its disagree~
ment to the amendment of the Senate numbered 12, and concur therein with an amendment, as follows:
In lieu of the matter proposed by said amendment, insert:°
"Sec. 614. Such appropriations of the Department of Defense, available for obligation during the current fiscal year, as may be designated by the Secretary of Defense shall be available for the purposes of section 1 of the act approved April 8, 1958 (72 Stat. 78):
Provided, That any such appropriations so utilized shall be accounted for under the limitation established by section 4 of said act."
That the House insist upon its- disagreement to the amendment of the Benet numbered 4,
Mr. CHAVEZ. Mr. President, I move that the Senate concur in the amendments of the House to Senate amendments Nos. 2, 3; 10, and-12, and that the
Senate recede from its amendment numbered 4.
