Sir: I received your letter of the 3d instant, requesting that the Department verify from its official records, the tables of signatures, ratifications, adhesions and reservations to the Conventions and Declarations of the First and Second Hague Conferences, which you enclosed and which you propose to issue as a publication of the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace. In reply I have to advise you that such verification has been made, and that the enclosed tables as corrected are regarded as accurate and complete, so far as shown by the archives of the Department.
